Paid for extras and didn’t receive them! Ordered a raspberry milkshake and got strawberry! Not impressed

Standard of food not as good as previously. No Donner Kebab sauce as an accompaniment very poor.

Order cancelled but money taken from bank. Absolutely shocking. Hank Marvin. Things need to be put in place for customer satisfaction

We have had lovely food up until now from Jessica's on several occasions, but this was poor. The bread was tough and Chewy on the large kebab, and were a couple of small bones. The peri chicken wrap which I have had twice before, was not seasoned and the chicken was tough in parts, as if reheated, same with the mixed pakora, very tough and chewy. Very disappointing as all previous orders have been good. It was late on a Saturday night so not sure if this made the difference.

Food was lovely and ready for me to pickup

Second time ordering and very pleased with the quality and quantity of food supplied. Nice, fresh and hot when arrived both times. Pizza has lovely soft dough. The Grill box bursting with chicken and chips very fresh both times. Becoming our favourite kebab shop now.

My order took two hours to arrive. Shocking, would never order from them again.

Chips were very poor quality. Cheap frozen ones Dissapointed

No curry sauce came with the chips. Chicken donner great but it all fell out of the bread. Really enjoyed but.

I ordered the curly fries, mixed kebab and chicken wrap. All was fresh and good quality. I wasn’t a fan of the chicken kebab as a personal taste preference but good quality none the less.

Wife felt really unwell couple of hours after eating Chicken Wrap. Diiahorrea and Tummy cramps. Spoiled an evening for her as food usually very good.

Delivery Fast! Nacho’s too basic to be honest was just cheese & jalapeño’s needs salsa and sour cream or atleast one of them or the option to order them wouldn’t order again unless it changes. Wrap was nice i would prefer a-bit more sauce though but still tasty.

Chips were cold, burger was burnt, ice cream was supposed to be 2 different flavours but only one, expected delivery time was 19:10 - 19:20 and came at 19:40

Stale bread, missing items and onions on everything (when we specifically asked for none on any item)

I ordered online through your own website. I then received a call to say that you don’t do an extra fillet any more (for the peri peri chicken pita) even though it was obviously an option on your website. I could still have a normal one though ?!?!?! I said that was ridiculous and if you couldn’t do the extra fillet, to cancel the order and refund me (so I could order from Pepe’s instead). I was then told that you couldn’t cancel the order, to which I again said that was ridiculous. If I pay for something and you can’t provide it, and I don’t want an alternative, then of course I can cancel it and get a refund. Then all of a sudden, you changed your mind and , it is possible now to get an extra fillet,’like was on your website and I’d bloody well paid for in the first place. So top tip, if you don’t want to piss your customers off, don’t bullshit them. I also asked for delivery at 1900, but the order turned up 45 mins early, so my husband wasn’t too happy when he got home from work to a cold burger and chips.

Waited extra half hour after time stated but the food was worth it.

Categorically the worst dessert I have ever eaten!!! Waffle - absolutely terrible, quite small Cookie dough - uncooked, sticky, off taste, no white chocolate Churros - overcooked, greasy, vile. Again, no white chocolate as ordered bit swimming in what may have been caramel Kinder milkshake - couldn't fault it Biscoff milkshake - really bizarre, tasted off, mint maybe? Fritters - tasted OK but absolutely swimming in really old oil that was extremely dark and colour and was that old and thick had dried solid on the paper Had a German doner a week ago, it was very good so maybe I'll stick with kebab rather than dessert if I venture back.
